BD OMICS-One™ WTA Next demo data

     1. WTA only

This experiment used previously frozen PBMCs that were captured on a BD Rhapsody™ 8-Lane Cartridge. Approximately 20,000 cells were loaded and captured. All captured beads were processed using the BD OMICS-One™ WTA Next Assay, yielding approximately 22,000 total putative cells. The WTA library was sequenced to a depth of about 22,000 reads per cell yielding close to 3,300 median genes per cell.

      2. WTA + AbSeq

This experiment used previously frozen PBMCs that were stained with BD OMICS-One™ Immune Profiler Protein Panel. Approximately 20,000 cells were loaded and captured on the BD Rhapsody™ HT Xpress System. All captured beads were processed using the BD OMICS-One™ WTA Next + BD® AbSeq multiomic assay, yielding approximately 22,000 total putative cells. The WTA library was sequenced to a depth of about 30,000 reads per cell yielding close to 3,600 median genes per cell.

3.  WTA + TCR/BCR 

This experiment used previously frozen PBMCs that were captured on a BD Rhapsody™ 8-Lane Cartridge. Approximately 11,000 cells were loaded and 8,000 cells were captured. All captured beads were processed using the BD OMICS-One™ WTA Next + BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Next multiomic assay, yielding approximately 7,000 total putative cells. The WTA library was sequenced to a depth of about 22,000 reads per cell yielding close to 1,800 median genes per cell.
