đźš© BD Rhapsody™ ATAC-Seq Assays are compatible with sample multiplexing. BD® Nuclear Sample Multiplexing Kit can be used to tag nuclei with up to 6 sample multiplexing tags and pooled in an experiment. This works with both standalone and multiomic ATAC assays.

🚩BD Rhapsody™ ATAC-Seq Assays are validated for use with cells preserved in BD® OMICS-Guard Sample Preservation Buffer. Now you can preserve your cells for up to 72 hours at 4 °C in BD® OMICS-Guard Sample Preservation Buffer with no or minimal impact on ATAC or WTA+ATAC sensitivity and specificity.

🚩BD Biosciences was a Platinum Sponsor at the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry CYTO 2024 event in Edinburgh, Scotland. Aruna Ayer, Sr. Director, Single Cell Multiomics and Advanced Technologies presented a poster on “High dimensional biology with high throughput multiomic profiling of single cells.” Download the poster here

🚩 v2.2.1 of the BD Rhapsody™ Sequence Analysis Pipeline is now available. Learn More

đźš©We announced a collaboration agreement with Hamilton to develop automated applications and robotics-compatible reagent kits that will facilitate increased standardization and decreased human error in large-scale single-cell multiomics experiments. Read the press release.

đźš©There is a new data storage policy on the Seven Bridges Platform starting February 1st, 2024. Files that are stored and are not viewed or used for a period of six months will be automatically archived. Inactive files will be permanently removed from the Seven after a year (6 months after archiving). To avoid any unexpected loss of data, we encourage you to periodically review your stored files and download important data to a permanent location outside of Seven Bridges. If you run this pipeline on your local computer or server, this change does not affect you.

🚩Take a look at our single-cell multiomics roadmap with Ranga Partha , VP of global marketing and strategic growth areas, and Aruna S. Ayer, PhD., senior director of R&D, single cell & advanced technologies. The two of them sat down with GenomeWeb for an exclusive interview to talk about recent and upcoming new products for multiomics research designed for use on the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System.
