Human TCR/BCR Full Length Demo Data

This demo data was generated from an experiment using previously frozen resting human PBMCs and enriched human B cells that were multiplexed and stained with AbSeq Immune Discovery Panel + 4 AbSeq drop-ins and a 15-plex Abseq panel, respectively, whereby ~10,000 cells were captured with the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System and processed using the BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Full Length, mRNA Whole Transcriptome Analysis (WTA), BD AbSeq, and Sample Tag Library Preparation protocol.

 

Mouse TCR/BCR Full Length Demo Data

This demo data was generated from an experiment using previously frozen mouse BALB/c splenocyte cells that were captured with the BD Rhapsody™ Single Cell System and processed using the BD Rhapsody System TCR/BCR Full Length, and mRNA Whole Transcriptome Analysis (WTA) protocol. The dataset was analyzed by BD Rhapsody™ Sequence Analysis Pipeline 2.0
