Rhapsody Targeted mRNA Demo Datasets with Enhanced Cell Capture Beads

Targeted mRNA only

This Targeted mRNA dataset was generated from 20,000 resting PBMC using the pre-designed BD Rhapsody™ Immune Response Panel HS. Sequencing library was generated using the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted mRNA and AbSeq Amplification Kit - 4 pack. 

Targeted mRNA + AbSeq

This Targeted mRNA+AbSeq dataset was generated from 10,000 resting PBMC using the pre-designed BD Rhapsody™ Immune Response Panel HS. Cells were labeled with BD® AbSeq Immune Discovery Panel. Sequencing libraries for RNA and AbSeq antibodies were generated using the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted mRNA and AbSeq Amplification Kit - 4 pack. 

Targeted mRNA + AbSeq + SMK

This Targeted mRNA+AbSeq+SMK dataset was generated from mixed human cell line sample comprised of 5,000 cells that were labeled with three unique Sample Tags from the BD™ Hu Single Cell Sample Multiplexing Kit (Jurkat: ST1; Ramos: ST2; THP-1: ST3). The three labeled samples were then mixed at an equal ratio (1: 1: 1) and labeled with BD® AbSeq Immune Discovery Panel. Sequencing libraries for RNA, AbSeq antibodies, and Sample Tags were generated using the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted mRNA and AbSeq Amplification Kit - 4 pack.
