  • Standalone ATAC-Seq
    This demo data was generated from an experiment using fresh human PBMCs that were preserved in BD® OMICS-Guard Sample Preservation Buffer for 72 hours at 4 °C, whereby ~8,000 nuclei were capture with the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System and processed using the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell ATAC-Seq Library Preparation Protocol.
  • Multiomic ATAC-Seq(with WTA)
    This demo data was generated from an experiment using fresh human PBMCs, whereby ~8,000 nuclei were captured with the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System. Subsequently, ~2,000 nuclei were subsampled and processed using the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell ATAC-Seq and mRNA Whole Transcriptome Analysis Library Preparation Protocol.
