Flex SMK + Targeted mRNA Assay

This Flex SMK+Targeted mRNA dataset was generated from mixed human cell line sample comprised of 40,000 cells that were labeled with 24 Flex Sample Tags (Ramos: ST1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22; Jurkat: ST2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23; THP-1: ST3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24). Sequencing libraries for RNA and SMK were generated using the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted mRNA and AbSeq Amplification Kit - 4 pack and BD Rhapsody™ Immune Response Panel HS.

 

Flex SMK + WTA + AbSeq

This Flex SMK+WTA+AbSeq dataset was generated from 20,000 mixed human Ramos and Jurkat cell lines. Ramos and Jurkat cells were first individually labeled with BD^® AbSeq Immune Discovery Panel and PE conjugated Human SMK antibody, and then labeled with Flex Sample Tag 1, 2 for Ramos, and Flex Sample Tag 3,4 for Jurkat, respectively. Sequencing libraries for RNA, SMK and AbSeq antibodies were generated using the BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis (WTA) Amplification Kit – 4 pack.
